Stalking down the halway, they unlocked the sixteenth room.
Keri definitely wasn't ready for what was behind the door.
Keri had been in a hotel once, but it wasn't half as nice as this one. There was a smaller version of the chandelier hung from the ceiling, there were two king sized beds, made up with soft pillows and a comforter that you could sink into. There was a love seat next to the window, a chasmere blanket draped over the back.
The bathroom even have you shampoo. SHAMPOO

"Oh god of course you do. " Keri groaned, coaxing Selina down from where she was jumping on the bed.
"We'll go grocery shopping tomorrow, and I'll Look for a job in the process. "

Not exactly what Shiva was planning on. If he had to leave in the middle of the night, he would.
He went and sat on the couch, and felt a air vent blowing hot air, so he promptly got off the couch and sat on the floor, and he could hear the shower turning on.
"We only have this room for two days."

"Alright. " Keri said calmly, helping Selina and Auggie into a pair of pajamas.
"I'll look for cheap motels tomorrow, once we're outta here that should work. "
But they couldn't jump from motel to motel forever. Auggie and Selina would need to go to school, and if they were moving all the time how would Keri keep a job? Unless they bought an apartment. How long would they have to work for that?
But Keri smiled and kissed her sister's head.
"Alright,you two jump into bed, I'm gonna go get some food from the vending machines in the hall. "

"You and I can go together and Felina could take the others. I need to get a job, I can't just bum around. "
Keri took the hotel key and the scientist's wallet.
"Anyone wanna come?"

"Not right now. I think it would be wise to rest for now. Deli a is in the shower, and don't Auggie and Selina want to go to the pool?"

"We don't have bathing suits. " Auggie protested from the second bed.
"Well. " Keri said hesitantly.
"We could-get some from the gift shop. "
The kids whooped and jumped out of bed.

"I'll stay here until Felina gets out of the shower, then we will meet you there." He said, as if the matter was already decided.

"Thank you so much Shiva. You've been a big help. " Keri said, giving Shiva a big hug.
"Alright out we go!" They stampeded out the door, and Keri smiled as she locked up, walking down the halls with her freak show.

Shiva was grateful they went along.
Once she had finished, she told her where they had gone, and she eagerly got went to the gift shop, where the man was counting money.
THe shop was supposed to close in five minutes, but luckily the man let them through.
Felina had a heard time choosing which one too choose, and finally she asked Shiva, and he choose the one that would stand out the least.
"The pool is private to our room, so your features won't be a problem." He said, and they set off.

Keri had settled on a neon pink two piece, which was in no way her style, but was on sale. And it made her feel pretty, so there was that.
Selina had gotten a bathing suit in a chrome color that looked like mermaid scales, and Auggie had gotten board shorts with the hotel logo on the side. Apparently the pool was private to them, so he could swim without a swim shirt.
"Keri!" Selina squealed from the pool, her wings soaked with chlorine infested water.
"Come in! There's a slide!"
Keri had been reading a small book on the hotel, that was all they had to offer.
But she wasn't really paying attention because she was wondering. Who would pay for them?
Keri didn't have any family she knew of, neither did Auggie, and Felina's were no where to be seen.
So that left Everest or Shiva.
"Watch out!" Keri screamed, diving in with a squeal.
She didn't make much waves, as she had the natural grace of a bird when it came to diving, she resurfaced and beat her wings through the water.

Shiva was happy Felina wanted to go in first, because when she opened the door, a huge wave of water hit her in the fafce.
"GUYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!" She said, shaking. "YOU GOT ME ALL WET!"
Felina was wearing a black two piece bikini, and Shiva had decided to go in just his normal clothes.
"We're here."
